On the image below, the follow colours represent:
- Blue: Matrix for getting insights on how many times new stockists and range expansions you’ve had per month, per range.
- Green: Table for drilling down into the data and exporting it to Excel spreadsheets.
- Red: Visualisation config - this is where you can drag data columns into visualisations, re-order them and build your perfect visuals. With matrices, you’re choosing rows (blue), columns and values. With tables (green), you’re choosing columns.
- Pink: Data panel - this is where you can see all of the data columns made available in the template app, these columns can be used in visuals by dragging or ticking them.
- Orange: Filters - this is where you can filter your visuals down to exactly what you need, we’ve added “NS or RE” as a column to let you filter and display whether it’s a range expansion or new stockist.

You can get a matrix showing which customers have had the greatest range expansion by dragging “Name & Address” to the top of the list of rows on the matrix and then filtering down by “Range Expansion”
