<aside> 💡 Surveys are how you record precisely the data you’re interested in when visiting a locations. When designing surveys, carefully think through the insights you want to view, and the flow your reps will be experiencing in the field.

Surveys are simply combinations of questions, where you can nest questions and use different question types.

Deleting surveys will delete the survey responses captured using that survey. It may be safer to hide the survey by clicking “Disable”. Deleting survey questions in a survey will delete answers recorded against those questions, changing the question state to “Hidden” may be safer.

First, navigate to the survey admin area by clicking the buttons highlighted in purple below (Admin > Surveys):

Now you’ll see sections in the table of contents below corresponding to different highlighted colours in the image above:

Creating a Survey (yellow)

Survey’s live in “Admin” > “Surveys”, you then click “Create” in the bottom right to create a new survey:

Editing a Survey (blue, then green)

To edit a survey in the list, click the “…” highlighted in blue, then click the “Edit” button with a green arrow pointing to it in the image above.
