Creating a Survey

Survey’s live in “Admin” > “Surveys”, you then click “Create Survey” in the bottom right to create a new survey:

Surveys are made up of questions and each question can have any of the following types:

You can have an unlimited number of questions in a survey. Each question can have one of three states:

<aside> 💡 Once a survey has been created, questions can’t be deleted because we associate questions with data in survey responses. To remove the question from the survey you can change the state to “Hidden”.

A question can have 3 states:

1. Hidden - this means that the question does not appear in the survey when a rep is completing it. It is our equivalent of deleting the question.
