An email distribution profile will send an order confirmation email when the order is placed in Bowimi, this can be to either a distributor or to your direct orders team.

Navigate to the companies tab

Select the distributor you wish to set up a profile for (or your company for direct)

Click the ‘Distribution’ tab

Click ‘Add Profile’

Ensure ‘Email’ is selected

<aside> ℹ️ Tick “Available via Bowimi Trade” if you want to to allow customers to order products from this profile using Bowimi Trade.

Input the email to which you want the order sent
