In Bowimi you have the ability to configure a tag so when it is added to a location or company, they will be flagged as requiring contact. You can also specify how long before a location needs contact if for example you have just labeled them as ‘Sampled’ and want to be alerted to follow up with them in 7 days time.

Navigate to the ‘Admin Tab

Select the ‘Tags’ tab

Find the tag you want to configure and click the edit icon

Scroll to the bottom of the tag settings and tick ‘Requires Contact’

Set how soon the location requires attention after the tag is set

Click ‘Confirm’
